NEW! Smartflow's Slide Retainer with Limit Switch
The convenience of two products in one, preventing mould damage. (No more broken angle pins!)
Smartflow's Smartlock® Slide Retainer combines a mechanical slide retainer linked to a limit switch which then communicates with the moulding machine indicating that the slide retainer is engaged. The locking function prevents premature slide movement during molded part ejection while the SPDT switch is simultaneously actuated.
Tested for reliability over 10 million cycles without failure.
Two or more switches may be used for larger moulds, or moulds with multiple slides.
Slide position verification prevents mould damage when the Smartlock slide retainer and limit switch is installed in a mould.
A capture screw holds the plunger in the slide to prevent loss when using the “-
C” version of the switch.
