Mould bases are manufactured locally and supplied complete with all mould components at a very competitive price, thereby increacing the tool-maker's productivity and allowing for quick turn-around times on moulds.

Most standard sizes as per the attached PDF are held in stock. However, custom, "DME" or "Hasco" standard sizes can be manufactured in just a few days.

Please specify the grade of tool steel you require. (2311 and 2312 are commonly used for die plates, however any readily available tool steels are an option).
