Ejector Sleeves as part of a mould build perform the function of either ejecting the entire finished part, or they can apply ejection force to some portion of the molded piece to assist with part ejection. This is normally done in combination with other ejection features designed into the mold.
We hold stock of nitrided ejector sleeves, which are usually coupled with through hardened ejector pins. Identical sizes are however also available in through hardened steel should they be required. Lead times are normally one to two weeks, subject to stock availability at our supply in Europe. Please inquire at our office.
