The RT Series Collapsible Cores are available in sizes to fit most inside detail applications. Whether molding threads or complex details, these cores can simplify design and production. Collapsible Cores allow for smaller molds to run faster cycles with less moving parts.
MiniCores® utilize unique technology for molding plastic parts with threads or details normally requiring complex unscrewing or side action mechanisms.

Dove Tail Cores
The Dove Tail Collapsible Core offers an alternative design for molding and releasing undercuts. Cores eliminate the need for complex unscrewing mechanisms as well as providing solutions to release internal undercut features such as O-ring grooves, slots and snap fit details.The compact design and patented Quick Lock system allows for servicing within the moulding machine.
Recently launched is an expanded range of standard sizes which greatly reduces the cost! Sizes are designed to accommodate many cap and closure styles.
Also available is the the new sub-10mm series for especially small closures.
