Angle pins and angle pin inserts are used to actuate sliding core blocks and are often used in conjunction with a form of core slide retainer. Constructed of DIN 1.7131 steel, angle pins can also be used as straight leader pins. Our angle pins are supplied with a pre-machined spherical radius on the head to eliminate the need for angle grinding otherwise required on the pin head. Use of a light lubricant such as oil containing P.T.F.E. during installation is advised.
